Studio Rules


We strive to create a positive experience in and out of our studio. Please keep in mind the following:

  • Have fun!
  • Always stay positive. No negative comments.
  • Safety first. We may ask you to do some crazy things, but we ALWAYS want you to stay safe. Please be mindful of our studio equipment.
  • We ask you do not text or take calls during your photo session.
  • Be vocal. We love hearing your ideas to help make your session unique. Although we may not execute all of your ideas, we will listen to them and try to make them work.
  • Taking photos with cameras or cell phones at any time is prohibited. It interferes with the session time, flow, and the camera can interfere with our lighting causing the quality of photography to decrease.
  • If you are a guest in the studio: please remain quiet and respect the creative process of the photographer.
  • During an ordering session, if you are not purchasing the photos for the client, we ask you sit back and observe.


Copyright Information

Supreme Images Photography is proud to share our photographic talents. All photographs created by Supreme Images Photography are copyright protected. It is a violation of Federal Copyright Law to copy, scan, or allow photographs to be reprinted, duplicated, digitally reproduced, copied, scanned or altered (digitally or otherwise), without our express written permission. Client agrees to purchase reprints directly from Supreme Images Photography, unless client has purchased the digital files from Supreme Images Photography. Any and all rights to proofs, final or sample prints, shall remain the property of Supreme Images Photography. Supreme Images Photography may use any and all proofs and prints for purposes of advertising, display, stock, use in photography contests, or for any other reasonable purpose without notification of, release by, or compensation to Client. Failure to comply with this is subject to Copyright violation with fines up to $50,000.


Digital Files

Any client who purchases digital files may create reprints for personal use only (8x10 and smaller). All other uses of digital files are prohibited and require written consent from Supreme Images Photography. Digital files are subject to natural degradation and data corruption over time and it is client’s responsibility to backup such files to prevent loss of data. Supreme Images Photography will not be responsible for storing or backing up any image.


Initial Payment

An initial payment to secure your session date is required. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.


Session Fees/Cancellation Policy

You must provide at least a 48-hour notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment and/or session. Failure to notify within 48 hours will result in a $25 fee. If you are unable to reschedule your appointment within one week, we reserve the right to charge an additional $25 for every week thereafter until the session/appointment is successfully completed.


If you cancel any appointment twice, we reserve the right to charge your credit card $100 for an inconvenience fee. After the second meeting is canceled, we no longer hold any responsibility to you, your appointment times, or honoring any specials/sales/discounts/etc.


Cancellation policy applies to session, viewing appointments, and all ordering appointments.


Appointment Only Studio

Supreme Images Photoraphy is not a high volume studio. We give attention to each and every client. Please understand and respect our time when making appointments. Please be on time and do not cancel.


Sales Session

The purpose of the presentation/sales session is to select your photos you wish to purchase. Statistically, clients are more likely to purchase photos during a planned sales session rather than looking at them for weeks trying to decide. We are here to help you make the right choice. Please come prepared. Payment is due the day of the sales appointment.


Minimum Purchase

We do have a $500 minimum purchase. This price does not include the cost of the session fee, specials, or discounts. If you cancel your viewing session and/or do not order, we have the right to charge your credit card the $500 minimum fee plus any other fees associated.



It is our goal to satisfy the needs of every client. If there is a concern with your prints/product, please let us know and we will address it immediately. We currently do not offer any refunds on session fees, changes of an order, products, or wedding photography.


Final Payment

All payments are due after your order is placed. A minimum of $500 is due at the time of the sales/presentation. The remaining balance is paid prior to receiving product. No order will leave the studio without full payment.
